To see her testify her love & belief that everything was going to be okay...took my breath away. I admired her faith...I admired her love of family & friends...I admired her love of life. Thoughts of Joy
Today, March 29 at 6:50AM., Joy's death came to me in the form of a phone call from her dad, John.
The sadness rang out through the house between Anne and I as we eulogized her.
I went out into the yard and could see Joy's face there in the daffodils and the pink bloom of the weeping cherry tree.
The wide brown eyes and pretty smile on her beautiful face, as the white puffy clouds carried it across the heavens.
Her body to the earth, her wonderful spirit to my mind and heart as it is to the bosoms of her family forever.

There was not a person who wasn't touched by being around her.
