SOUTHBURY, CT: Mary Ann Ford age 59 of Southbury, formerly of Seymour and Trumbull entered peaceful rest on August 12, 2014 at the Griffin Hospital, Derby; she was the beloved companion of Ken Casey of Southbury. Mary Ann was born March 26, 1955 in Bridgeport, daughter of the late Frank and Barbara (Farrell( Halsey. She was a Certified Nurse's Aide having worked at Shady Knoll Health Center, Seymour. Mary Ann was a 1973 graduate of Trumbull High School, and had previously ran a Day Care at her home for 20 years. She leaves her loving family including a daughter, Michelle Vitali (Andrew) of Middlebury, a son, Justin Ford of Southbury, her sisters, Susan Guertin (Raoul) of New Milford, and Janet Rankin (Jeff) of Loveland, OH, her granddaughters, Hannah and Madelyn Vitali and several nieces and nephews. Calling Hours will be Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 W. Church St., Seymour. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in the Church of the Good Shepherd, 135 Mountain Rd. , Seymour(directly). Interment will be private.
