Life Story for David D. Scott

David D.  Scott
NAUGATUCK, CT: David D. Scott, age 51 of Naugatuck entered peaceful rest on June 28, 2016 at the Griffin Hospital, Derby; he was the devoted husband of Maria Cristina (Macias) Scott. Mr. Scott was born August 23, 1964 in Equador, beloved son of David and Maureen (Fraser) Scott of Beacon Falls. He was employed at Custom Bottle in Naugatuck as Foreman of the Printing Department for the past 21 years; he formerly worked at Henlopen of Watertown, and Virjune Manufacturing of Waterbury. David was a communicant of St. Michael's Church; he was a Special Olympics Volunteer, and also volunteered for Naugatuck Ambulance Corps. Mr. Scott proudly served with the National Guard for 4 years. He enjoyed racing stock cars, and playing softball, and was an avid NY Yankees Fan.

In addition to his wife and parents, David leaves his loving family including his son, Andrew Scott (Briana Nyari) of Naugatuck, his brother, Raymond Scott (Jennie Dorosh) of Beacon Falls, sisters, Christy Falkoff (Raymond) of Branford, Randi Bellemare (David) of Beacon Falls, Tracy Scott of Southbury, and NIcole Bousquet (Douglas) of Beacon Falls; his sister-in-law Gabriele Elderking of Naugatuck, nieces, Jaime, Catherine, and Jenie; and nephews, Patrick, Joseph, and Nicholas, and his God Son, Ryley Weiss.

Calling Hours will be Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 W. Church St., Seymour. Funeral Services will be Friday at 11:00 a.m. from the funeral home, to St. Michael's Church, 25 Maple Ave., Beacon Falls at 12:00 p.m..
