Rose was our wonderful neighbor for almost 19 yrs. We were sad to hear she was moving out of the neighborhood in the fall but happy she would be nearby. We are so sorry for your loss. She was a wonderful neighbor and she certainly will be missed.

To all of Rose's family and friends,
Please accept my sincere condolences in the passing of your mom and friend. Rose was an appreciated and beloved, long-time member of the CT Piecemakers Quilt Guild.
She attended many of the Quilting Retreats I have the privilege of organizing. In Oct of 2015, at one of our Retreats, Rose was the lucky winner of a very unique Iron. To most, an iron is an iron. But this one was special and when Rose heard she had won it, she came up to me to take possession of the Iron in its brand new, never-been-opened box, and she literally skipped back to her sewing table with that great big beautiful smile of hers. She couldn't wait to get home and start using it.
She was always such fun and a delightful lady that I feel honored to have known. (And while you're up in Heaven, Rose, I'm sure we could all use you as our Guardian Angel, please.)

I'm so sorry to hear of Rose's passing. I have many great memories of my time spent in Seymour with her. I'm sorry I cannot get to the services, but know I am with you in spirit. Love to you all in this time.

Gone from our sights, but never from our heart. Rose was a special woman. As she watched our sons when they were young her fun loving and caring personality helped mold our boys into the gentleman they are today. May your memories help you find peace in this time of sorrow.
