Kenneth Milton Hurlburt, age 77 of Thomaston, beloved husband of Beverly (Sandone) Hurlburt, entered peaceful rest on Friday, January 13, 2017 in Waterbury Hospital. Born in New Haven on February 1, 1939, he was a son of the late Milton and Venetia (Clark) Hurlburt. The retired owner of H&L Fiberglass (North Haven), Kenneth enjoyed fishing, boating, NASCAR, and visiting Mohegan Sun. In addition to his beloved wife of 32 years, he is survived by his daughter, Deborah; step-sons, William, Richard, and Nelson and his wife JulieAnn; three brothers and three sisters, as well as many grandchildren and two cherished great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his son, Kenneth Hurlburt, Jr., and step-son, Stian Christensen. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at 11 a.m. in Ralph Hull Funeral Home 161 West Church St. Seymour, CT 06483 and interment will follow in Mt. Meadows Cemetery, Seymour. Family and friends may call on Monday from 5 – 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
