WOODBRIDGE and SEYMOUR, CT: Miss Henrietta F. Grosek died August 13, 2015, in Woodbridge, Connecticut. Miss Grosek was born September 1, 1919, in Seymour, Connecticut, the daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (Lech) Grosek.

She was a life-long resident of Seymour, a communicant of the Church of the Good Shepherd, and a member of the Seymour Senior Center. She was employed as a secretary at the Uniroyal Footwear Division in Naugatuck until her retirement in 1977 after 40 years of service. She enjoyed bingo, cards, reading and crossword puzzles.

Miss Grosek was the sister of her pre-deceased brother, Henry F. Grosek, and is survived by her brother's three children and four grandchildren.

There are no calling hours. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Church of the Good Shepherd, 135 Mountain Road, Seymour on Wednesday, August 19, at 10 a.m., with burial at St. Augustine's Cemetery immediately following.
