Margaret E. (“Peggy”) Graue Torrito, formerly of Trumbull, passed away on December 25, 2015 in the Alzheimer Resource Center, Plantsville, CT. Peggy was the widow of Richard Torrito. She is survived by her son Daniel R. Torrito of Albany, NY; her sister Sandra G. Barber of Seymour; and her brother James F. Graue of Washington, PA. Peggy was the daughter of the late Daniel R. Graue and the late V. Mabel Finley Graue of Belle Vernon, PA. Peggy was born on July 31, 1941 in Kittanning, PA. She was a graduate of Grove City College, PA, and received her Doctorate of Law from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. After graduating from college, she taught foreign languages in the Greensburg, PA, School District. She was a member of the Monroe Congregation Church UCC, Monroe. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church St., Seymour, CT. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer Resource Center, 1261 South Main St., Plantsville, CT 06479.
