SEYMOUR, CT: Helen Ocxkowski, age 93 of Seymour entered into peaceful rest on February 13, 2016 at the Griffin Hospital, Derby; she was the beloved wife for more than 50 years to the late Frank E. Ocxkowski, Sr. Mrs. Ocxkowski was born November 17, 1922 in Derby, daughter of the late Stanley and Mary (Jankowski) Kaiser. Helen was a Secretary at the former Seymour Manufacturing Co., and she later retired from the former Isaacson's Clothing Store in Seymour. She was a Communicant of St. Augustine Church, Seymour; she enjoyed traveling, especially taking trips to Cape Cod. Helen's greatest love was her family, especially her 2 grandchildren and her great granddaughter Sophia," the love of her life". Left to cherish her memory are her son, Frank E. Ocxkowski, Jr., and her daughter, Nancy Payne and her husband John of Oxford, a granddaughter, Missy DiNunno and her husband Marino of Southington, and a grandson, Jeffrey Payne of Studio City, CA, her great granddaughter, Sophia DiNunno of Southington, also, her sister Betty Maxwell and her husband Thomas of Seymour, and many nieces and nephews.

Calling Hours will be Tuesday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 W. Church St., Seymour. Funeral Services will be Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. from the funeral home, to St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 733 Oxford Rd., Oxford where a mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in Mountain Meadows Cemetery.
